You have 60-days from the time of purchase to cancel your order and get a full refund. If you order has already shipped and arrived you will need to ship back the merchandise to us and we will refund it once the product has been returned.

If you received the incorrect product or your order was damaged we will pay to have the products shipped back to us. All other returns the shipping is paid by the customer. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact our support team.

If you are shipping an item over $50.00, We Highly Suggest Adding Tracking Service To Your Return or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged returns. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit/debit card or method of payment used, within 5 to 10 days depending on your card issuers refund policy.
